History Founded in 1980 in a small metal workshop in the old industrial area of Kayseri, Seher Furniture began its journey by manufacturing metal tables, chairs, and cribs, initially under the brand name Lüks Çelik Eşya. The company's founder, Mr. Bahri Yalçın, with his marketing knowledge, experience, and the trust he built from the 1960s, expanded the business by obtaining wholesale dealerships of various home furniture in addition to his own products, making sales throughout Turkey. Excelling in understanding the market's supply and demand dynamics and constantly keeping a pulse on consumer preferences, Lüks Çelik Eşya outgrew its original workshop in the early '90s. Transitioning to a company with the brand name Lüks Yalçınlar A.Ş., it moved into a factory-owned premises, diversifying its product range by including sponge production, mattresses, and sofa sets, thus broadening its vision with yearly additions to its investments and product portfolio. By the end of the 1990s, the foundation was laid for becoming a brand that sells its products worldwide, starting with Germany, by establishing a larger production facility in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone under the Seher Furniture brand. With 42 years of experience, Seher Furniture has become an innovative and visionary furniture brand recognized not only in Turkey and Germany but also in Europe and many other countries around the world. It continues to grow steadily with its successful and corporate structure in the fast-growing world furniture market, known for its quality and comfort. Today, Seher Furniture, with a production area of 65,000 square meters, also manufactures various subsidiary industries within its premises using the latest technological machines. Continuously increasing its production capacity and quality, and becoming one of the leading companies in the sector, Seher Furniture has completed its efforts to expand its production with the latest technological machines and production systems in a 100,000 square meters closed area, adhering to global quality standards, with professional, knowledgeable, and experienced staff.
